These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Adam Shonting, operating as Promptiv (“Promptiv”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Promptiv service at promptiv.io, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Promptiv provides an AI-powered prompt rewriting service that analyzes your input, generates three distinct expert-level rewrites, and recommends the most suitable large language model (LLM) for your needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Promptiv.

3. Account & Subscription

Access to Promptiv requires a subscription, billed monthly via Paddle, our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; you will not be charged further, but we do not offer refunds or proration for unused time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Promptiv, reverse engineer the service, or use it for illegal, abusive, or prohibited purposes per Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Promptiv and its underlying technology belong to Adam Shonting. You retain rights to your original prompts and outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Promptiv is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Payment Partner

Subscription payments are processed securely via Paddle. No payment information is stored by Promptiv.
